2011 S.C.C.A. “EASY MONEY” Raffle Rules

1) This raffle is conducted by the Sheboygan County Conservation Association (SCCA), a Wisconsin (501)(c)(3) non-profit corporation. All net proceeds will be used for youth outdoor education, land acquisition for public use, and other SCCA projects.

2) A total of 444 tickets will be sold. In the event less than 444 tickets are sold, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes will be prorated to the number of tickets sold. 4th through 20th prizes are guaranteed.

3) Tickets are available for purchase while quantities last or until 7pm of the night of the drawing. Need not be present to win. A receipt of purchase will be returned.

4) The “Easy Money” Raffle will be conducted from April 21 to December 21, 2011 and while quantities last.

5) Winners will be picked by random drawing at 7:15pm on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at the SCCA meeting at Whitetail Bowhunters Clubhouse, N7039 County Road M, Sheboygan Falls, WI.

6) Winners will be notified after the drawing. A list of winners will be posted on the SCCA website www.sheboygancountyconservationassociation.org. Winners agree to allow SCCA use of their likeness for publicity purposes without compensation. Anyone wishing to receive a copy of the list of winners may do so by mailing a request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to: SCCA “Easy Money” Raffle Winners, P.O. 7) Winners of any prize of $600.00 or more will be required to provide a Social Security number before taking possession of the prize and will receive a 1099 form. SCCA is required to report all prizes greater than $600.00 to the Department of Revenue. Winners of all prizes shall be responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes. Winners must take possession of prize within 90 days of drawing date.

8) All raffle tickets are $100.00 each. Up to 4 people may share in the raffle ticket purchase. Distribution of the cash prize shall be made in the name(s) as they appear on the ticket application. (Wisconsin Division of Gaming defines conservation clubs and businesses as an individual and eligible to purchase raffle tickets.) There is no maximum number of tickets that an individual may purchase.

9) Prizes to be given away in the raffle include:
1st prize            $10,000.00
2nd prize           $3,000.00
3rd prize            $1,000.00
4th prize            $500.00
5th – 8th prize    $250.00 each
9th – 14th prize  $150.00 each
15th – 20th        $125.00

(In the event that less than 444 tickets are sold, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize amount will be prorated to the number of tickets sold. 4th through 20th prizes are guaranteed)

10) By purchasing a raffle ticket, all entrants agree to abide by the rules.
