Riverside Hunting & Fishing Club Annual Turkey Shoot
Riverside Hunting & Fishing Club of St. Cloud is holding its annual Turkey Shoot and free corn roast on Sunday August 20, 2006. Shooting will begin at 10:00 AM and go until approximately 9:00 PM. We have updated our shooting facilities to include 3 new trap houses featuring voice activiated throwers. Shoot for turkeys, chickens, or bologna. There will also be a BB Gun Shoot for the kids as well as raffles with winners drawn at the event. Hope to see you there!
The Riverside Hunting & Fishing Club was organized in
1936, and is located on the Sheboygan
County-Fond du Lac County line near St. Cloud. It has been the recipient of the
Conservation Congress' District 7 Club of the Year awards six different
years. The club owns over 400 acres of public hunting grounds, hosts a
Turkey Trap Shoot the third Sunday in August and a venison dinner the first
Saturday after deer hunting. Dues $10/year, $15 for husband/wife, or
$20/family (having school age children). Installed public boat landing
on the Sheboygan River. Meets 4th Wednesday of the month at the
clubhouse, N74743 Palm Tree Road, St. Cloud.
